How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Bought one for my daughter maybe a year ago from another store, it was not good. That one was easily moved by my daughter, who is super-naughty 🤦♀️) & not that durable. I needed one more for my son now since his legs getting longer & longer & able to reach the back of the driver seat. Then I came across this one, love it at first sight! The actual product didn’t make me disappointed either. It’s well made & looks durable. Much sturdier, especially compared to the one for my daughter. 🤗 Also, it’s functioning much better, since the design is great. It can hold stuff in place without letting them easily steal stuff from it (My daughter loves to grab diapers from the old one & throw them everywhere inside my van. Super big mess every time when we have to travel with her🤦♀️) Glad this one can hold napkins & iPad in place, I can now let them watch their favorite shows separately! Highly recommend to mothers, especially to those who have mess makers🤫
Got this to keep the back of the minivan clean and tidy. The installation is super easy to install and works great to keep all the required items for my toddler nicely organized. + easy to install + ample storage + nice fold-out table to rest tablet, or other things + Wet wipes fit perfectly in the tissue box slot + nicely made and the material fits great with leather seat interior
This thing is huge! I love it. I bought another brand of these at the same time because it came with an add-on gift, now I wish I would have just bought two of these. Bz this one much better. I love the clear pocket. I put the DVD player in it and it keeps it clean and secure.
This backseat is very convenient. The table holder is very strong and not bendable. My car is still very spacious and this does not take a lot of space. It can hold papers, drinks, etc... This backseat makes my life so much easier. Overall, this is definitely worth trying out.
I like this car seat organizer and although my 3-year-old can only utilize and reach some of the pockets, it is something that we will be able to use for a long time, even after he is out of the car seat he's currently in. Plus, I can use all the pockets now and that's what matters! It's nice to get the tissue box off the floor, have extra drink holders for people in the back seat, and a tray table to hold odds and ends. I like all the adjustable properties of it as well and its easy installation. It is very space-efficient and stays clean and intact even when my kiddo kicks at it. It's very thick and durable and protects my seat well from the aforementioned kicks.
All in all a very nice product. Showed up actually faster than was expected, very easy to install! Sturdiness I’m a little concerned about the platform has a lot of play and give to it! Durability we will have to wait and see! I really like this product and would definitely recommend it to any parent!

This seatback organizer/protector works great in my SUV as my kid kicks the back of the front seat a lot. It is easy to install and can hold a lot of things. The fabric is faux leather, looks good, and very easy to clean. Highly recommended!
Exactly what I needed for the back seat. I can put a tablet with a movie playing and don't have to work about the kids dropping it. And can also use for kids desks as my kids get bigger. And now they have places for their sunglasses and the cup holder with zipper bottom in great to hold a trash bag.

As a tennis parent, we are busy in the summer with road trips to tennis tournaments. Overall, I like the way this organizer is set up. I'm especially fond of the foldable tray table. With that folding table, it's easy for the kids to watch a movie while also hands to eat some snacks. The storage compartments are very easy to access and there's also a place to hold an umbrella. We are happy about our purchase and would recommend it to others.
